01 — About

A bit about me

Hey, I'm Daniel. I love software and everything involved in making it work — from Neural Networks and AI/ML pipelines to Distributed Systems and Cloud infrastructure, all the way down to Mobile and Web UI.

I'm a software engineer from Guadalajara, Mexico, currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area. At MinIO, I built cloud-native infrastructure including the Kubernetes Operator, management Console, and enterprise storage architecture.

"From neural networks down to the UI — if it's part of the stack, I want to understand it."

Outside of engineering, I explore tech history through books and artifacts, shoot film on my Leica, and rarely pass up a chance to talk technology over coffee.
